Orders
You can check the status of your order by logging in to your account. For further assistance, contact customerservice@aperture.org.
Orders are typically shipped within 3 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
For Aperture magazine subscriptions, US orders can take 4–6 weeks for processing and delivery. International shipping (including to Canada and Mexico) can take 6–8 weeks.
We process orders quickly, but if you contact us within 24 hours of placing your order, we’ll do our best to accommodate changes. Email us at customerservice@aperture.org.

Returns
To initiate a return, email us at customerservice@aperture.org with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide you with instructions.
Aperture will refund the purchase price of an item if returned with receipt within 30 days. All items must be returned in their original packaging (unopened and shrink-wrapped) and in saleable condition. If merchandise has been damaged in shipment, we will gladly send a replacement copy or refund the purchase price if a replacement is not available.
Exchanges or store credit are only available within 30 days of your purchase date.

Shipping cost depends on the size of your order and its destination. To calculate the cost, place items in your cart and enter your address.
We offer free standard domestic shipping on all orders of $150 or more (excluding limited editions).
Yes, we ship internationally. However, please note that we do not currently ship to Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Sudan, Ukraine, or Russia.
My Aperture Store Account
For desktop, click on the person icon in the upper right-hand corner. For mobile view, click on the double lines at the upper right hand corner and then click on Account at the bottom.
You can sign in by entering an email. The store will send a one-time code to your email so that you can securely access your account.
Membership
From your Aperture Store account, you can:
-View order history
-Manage your address
-Access and manage your membership
-View membership status and renewal date
-Update contact information and payment method
-Cancel or renew your membership

Limited-Edition Prints
Limited-edition prints are packed and shipped within 3–5 days of the order and are sent via FedEx for trackability. Shipping quotes are generated based on package dimensions, weight, shipping address, and the type of service selected.
